Meet Your Therapist
You might be feeling overwhelmed, caught in anxiety, grief, self-doubt, or a relationship that feels harder than it should. Maybe you’re navigating a transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or trying to make sense of emotions that feel too big or confusing. You’ve probably been trying to manage it on your own, but something still isn’t shifting.
That’s where I come in.
I help adults, teens, and couples move from feeling stuck and unsure to feeling more grounded, connected, and in control of their lives. Together, we look at what’s really going on beneath the surface, your patterns, emotions, fears, values, and we work gently but intentionally to create meaningful change.
My approach is warm, steady, and deeply collaborative. You don’t need to show up perfect; you just need to show up as you are. You will build both practical tools you can use every day and a deeper awareness of the emotional patterns shaping your life and relationships.
Clients often tell me they feel calmer, clearer, and more connected after working together. My aim is to help you understand yourself more fully, soften the parts that feel heavy or overwhelming, and grow into a version of yourself that feels aligned and empowered.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and capable, I’m here to help.

Outside of my practice, I find peace and inspiration in nature, walking through the forest, caring for my fur babies, or sharing time with loved ones. I also enjoy reading, movement, meditation, travel and the simple rituals that make life meaningful.
