I’m Chelsea Smith, a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) supporting individuals and couples across Ontario. I help people who are tired of feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected find more calm, clarity, and connection in daily life.

Why I do this:

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to want things to change but not know where to start. My role isn’t to “fix” you; it’s to help you feel safe enough to reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know how to heal. Together, we look at what’s really going on beneath the surface, your patterns, emotions, fears, and values, and we work gently but intentionally to create meaningful change.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, caught in anxiety, grief, self-doubt, or a relationship that feels harder than it should. Maybe you’re navigating a transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or trying to make sense of emotions that feel too big or confusing. You’ve probably been trying to manage it on your own, but something still isn’t shifting.

That’s where I come in.

My approach is warm, steady, and deeply collaborative. You don’t need to show up perfect; you just need to show up as you are. You will build both practical tools you can use every day and a deeper awareness of the emotional patterns shaping your life and relationships.

Clients often tell me they feel calmer, clearer, and more connected after working together. My aim is to help you understand yourself more fully, soften the parts that feel heavy or overwhelming, and grow into a version of yourself that feels aligned and empowered.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and capable, I’m here to help.
Getting started is simple:

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. This video is here to help you get a feel for my presence, my approach, and what you can expect in sessions so you can make the choice that feels right for you.
